在當前加快經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展全面綠色轉型背景下，分布在燕山余脈上的豐潤礦山治理劉家營片區(qū)將在礦山治理基礎上，以“生態(tài)保護修復+產(chǎn)業(yè)導入”方式，實現(xiàn)社會資本進得去、退得出、有收益；圍繞構建“誰修復、誰受益”的生態(tài)保護修復市場機制，推動實現(xiàn)生態(tài)效益和經(jīng)濟社會效益相統(tǒng)一。

Under the current background of accelerating economic and social development and a comprehensive green transformation, the Fengrun Mine Management Liujiaying area located on the Yumai of Yanshan will be based on mine management and adopt the method of "ecological protection and restoration + industry introduction" to realize the access and retreat of social capital. Obtained and profitable; centered on the establishment of a market mechanism for ecological protection and restoration of "who will be restored, who will benefit", and promote the realization of the unification of ecological and economic and social benefits.

設計說明

豐潤區(qū)，位于唐山市北部。受華北平原沉降帶與燕山臺褶斷帶影響，形成東北高、西南低的地貌特征。唐山城市山體人文紀念園位于豐潤區(qū)礦山治理劉家營片區(qū)A區(qū)，交通便利，西側為京撫線，東側為龍扒山山脈，設計區(qū)域面積為60.3萬平方米，約905畝，南北長約1600米 東西長約500米。

Fengrun District is located in the north of Tangshan City. Affected by the subsidence zone of the North China Plain and the fold fault zone of the Yanshan Platform, the geomorphic features are high in the northeast and low in the southwest. Tangshan Urban Mountain Sports Humanities Memorial Park is located in Area A, Liujiaying Area, Fengrun District Mine Management. It has convenient transportation, with Beijing-Fujiang Line on the west and Longpashan Mountain on the east. The designed area is 603,000 square meters, about 905 acres, and it is about 905 acres from north to south. 1600 meters long from east to west is about 500 meters.

經(jīng)過對場地研究，我們以修復為先、生態(tài)聯(lián)動的模式詮釋“三個實現(xiàn)”，創(chuàng)立“一個目標”。

三個實現(xiàn)：

一是區(qū)域文化地標，成為中國傳統(tǒng)節(jié)慶文化、唐山地域民俗文化體驗示范地；二是海綿城市典范，2021唐山市從眾多城市中脫穎而出，成為系統(tǒng)化全域推進海綿城市建設示范城市。我們將在此實現(xiàn)唐山首個雨水花園示范體驗區(qū)，提供環(huán)境學習教育機會，讓更多人了解海綿城市；三是紅色教育基地，融入愛國主義教育功能，傳承新時代紅色文化。

The first is a regional cultural landmark, which has become a demonstration site for traditional Chinese festival culture and Tangshan regional folk culture experience; the second is a model of sponge city. In 2021, Tangshan will stand out from many cities and become a model city for systematically promoting sponge city construction. We will realize the first rain garden demonstration experience zone in Tangshan here, and provide environmental learning and education opportunities to let more people understand the sponge city; third is the red education base, integrating the patriotic education function, and inheriting the red culture of the new era.

一個目標：

南湖也曾是唐山的采煤塌陷區(qū)，是距離城區(qū)最近的“工業(yè)瘡疤”。唐山市經(jīng)過持之以恒的生態(tài)建設，讓昔日采煤塌陷區(qū)轉變?yōu)槿珖畲蟮某鞘兄醒肷鷳B(tài)公園。

此次劉家營治理A片區(qū)屬于廢棄礦業(yè)采石場，我們對被破壞的生態(tài)環(huán)境進行恢復，以及對土地資源持續(xù)利用。與南湖形成生態(tài)聯(lián)動，最終建成一座城市山體人文紀念園，打造唐山新名片。

Nanhu was also the coal mining subsidence area in Tangshan, and it was the closest "industrial scar" to the city. Tangshan City, through persistent ecological construction, transformed the coal mining subsidence area into the largest urban central ecological park in the country. The Liujiaying treatment area A belongs to an abandoned mining quarry. We have restored the destroyed ecological environment and continued to use land resources. Formed an ecological linkage with Nanhu Lake, and finally built an urban mountain and humanistic memorial park, creating a new name card for Tangshan.

園區(qū)劃分為五大特色區(qū)域，民俗體驗園、藝術骨灰林構建成了園區(qū)北側的紀念版塊，大地植物園、紅色教育園構建成了園區(qū)南側的教育版塊，保育生態(tài)林構建東側生態(tài)廊道。

The park is divided into five distinctive areas. The folk custom experience garden and the art ashes forest form the commemorative section on the north side of the park, the Earth Botanical Garden and the Red Education Park form the education section on the south side of the park, and the conservation of ecological forests builds an ecological corridor on the east side.

我們借自然之力還城市一個新的可能，探索城市生態(tài)修復創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)，與南湖形成生態(tài)聯(lián)動，城市山體人文紀念園打造唐山新名片。

We use the power of nature to return to the city a new possibility, explore the innovative industry of urban ecological restoration, form an ecological linkage with Nanhu, and create a new name card for the urban mountain and humanistic memorial park in Tangshan.
