       我們希望用設(shè)計(jì)滿足人們對(duì)生活的真實(shí)期待，在萬科海上都會(huì)項(xiàng)目中，我們就實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)了一把未來超級(jí)街區(qū)的對(duì)人們實(shí)現(xiàn)美好生活的愿景，產(chǎn)生了實(shí)質(zhì)的效果。在交通上，方便快捷的串聯(lián)起住宅/商業(yè)/辦公/泊寓等的人流動(dòng)線；在商業(yè)上，創(chuàng)造更多城市公共空間，產(chǎn)生了城市與商業(yè)共生的發(fā)展模式；在生態(tài)上，我們秉承著一貫的“打造綠色具有幸福感的人文空間”的核心理念。真實(shí)的展現(xiàn)了能夠跟隨城市脈動(dòng)持續(xù)融合生長的超級(jí)街區(qū)。

We hope to use design to meet people's real expectations for life. In the Vanke Corniche Land project, we have tested the vision of a future super block for people to achieve a better life, which has produced substantial results. In terms of transportation, it is convenient and quick to connect residential/commercial/office/parking residences in series; in terms of commerce, more urban public spaces are created, resulting in a development model of symbiosis between cities and commerce; in terms of ecology, we adhere Adhering to the core concept of "creating a green and happy humanistic space". It truly shows the super block that can continue to grow and merge with the pulsation of the city.

      在人文關(guān)懷的設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā)點(diǎn)上，我們用更廣泛的維度去研究場地的活力。削弱邊界感的功能區(qū)域設(shè)計(jì)，環(huán)環(huán)相扣的連續(xù)多段式空間。極具可持續(xù)與適應(yīng)未來發(fā)展的屬性，它是具有生命力的空間。它象征著場地的巨大潛力，和人們對(duì)未來的期待。

From the starting point of the design of humanistic care, we use a broader dimension to study the vitality of the site. Functional area design that weakens the sense of boundary, interlocking continuous multi-section space. It is highly sustainable and adaptable to future development, and it is a space with vitality. It symbolizes the huge potential of the venue and people's expectations for the future.

入口廣場：昭示性的標(biāo)識(shí)與引導(dǎo)性的鋪裝，幾株高大的喬木如星光散布，給商業(yè)廣場以開闊的視野，假日T臺(tái)秀/跳蚤市場將給這座城市帶來新的活力。

Entrance Plaza: Prominent signs and guiding paving. Several tall trees are scattered like stars, giving a wide view of the commercial plaza. Holiday catwalk shows/flea market will bring new vitality to the city.

       近些年來，大型的商業(yè)Mall層出不窮。商業(yè)地產(chǎn)經(jīng)歷了網(wǎng)購、電商的沖擊，今年繼續(xù)遇上疫情...人們更注重快捷便利的購物方式。萬科十里觀邸不僅有底商、商業(yè)街、商業(yè)廣場等，我們還設(shè)計(jì)了“地?cái)偨?jīng)濟(jì)”的外擺空間，在滿足人們?nèi)粘Ｙ徫镄枰耐瑫r(shí)，還不斷壯大實(shí)體商業(yè)的影響力，更增添了城市的煙火氣！

People pay more attention to fast and convenient shopping methods. Vanke Taizhou Mansion not only has the bottom business, commercial street, commercial plaza, etc., we also designed the external space of the "street vending economy", which not only meets people's daily shopping needs, but also continuously strengthens the influence of physical commerce, and fill streets with the sense of living !

承載溫暖社群互動(dòng)的商業(yè)外擺設(shè)計(jì)。白天這里聚集了上班的白領(lǐng)，社區(qū)的服務(wù)人員，前來消費(fèi)體驗(yàn)的顧客等。

The design of commercial spill-out space carries warm community interaction. During the day, white-collar workers at work, community service personnel, and customers who come to experience consumption are gathered here.

有趣的城市家具設(shè)計(jì)，將小花缽巨大化，給人以體量感。同時(shí)，搭配高矮不同的花缽可形成林下休憩空間；也可作為吧臺(tái)使用；更是小朋友們捉迷藏的玩耍之地。多種使用方式，讓城市不再枯燥無味。

The interesting urban furniture design makes the small flower pot huge, giving people a sense of volume. At the same time, matching flower pots of different heights can form a resting space under the forest; it can also be used as a bar counter; it is also a place for children to play hide-and-seek.Various ways of using make the city no longer boring.

▼Indoor effect/室內(nèi)效果

優(yōu)雅的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)，時(shí)尚的色系搭配，點(diǎn)綴絲絲綠意。室內(nèi)體驗(yàn)感可謂是十分精致與舒適了。室內(nèi)的低齡兒童活動(dòng)場地延伸致室外，與6-16歲活動(dòng)區(qū)形成功能場所互補(bǔ)，交相呼應(yīng)，突破了內(nèi)外的界限。

Elegant interior design, fashionable color matching, embellished with greenery. The indoor experience is very delicate and comfortable.The indoor playground for young children extends to the outdoors, complementing the 6-16 year-old activity area to form a functional place that complements each other and breaks the boundaries between inside and outside.

口袋公園是項(xiàng)目公共空間的綠色核心、與城市連接的綠色絲帶，既提供林間休憩設(shè)施、舉辦活動(dòng)的商業(yè)平臺(tái)與草坪劇場空間，又是服務(wù)社區(qū)的公園場所，供居民賞景、健身與社區(qū)集會(huì)的好去處。多功能運(yùn)動(dòng)場地色彩醒目，其集桌球、羽毛球運(yùn)動(dòng)和拉伸健身之功能，拉繩大圓環(huán)又能懸掛各類藝術(shù)展品和燈光，使用轉(zhuǎn)換性極高。從市政界面進(jìn)入項(xiàng)目場地，在游逛公園的同時(shí)，不知不覺進(jìn)入到商業(yè)空間中；在逛街購物的當(dāng)下，也充分體驗(yàn)到被公園包圍的滿眼綠意，這種潛移默化的空間轉(zhuǎn)換與場所豐富性，是設(shè)計(jì)師致力于打造與實(shí)踐的。

在未來社區(qū)及超級(jí)街區(qū)的發(fā)展和規(guī)劃背景下，創(chuàng)浦景觀致力為本項(xiàng)目打造具有歸屬感的生活場景；具有參與感的社區(qū)服務(wù)；具有體驗(yàn)感的社交場所。從而呼應(yīng)及推動(dòng)未來社區(qū)的場景化應(yīng)用。未來也將結(jié)合政府關(guān)于推進(jìn)未來社區(qū)數(shù)字化治理的理念，在景觀及規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中予以實(shí)踐，這也將是未來社區(qū)發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)的必經(jīng)之路。臺(tái)州萬科十里觀邸項(xiàng)目作為路橋區(qū)建設(shè)的社會(huì)化專業(yè)力量，發(fā)揮它在城市開發(fā)、管理體系、治理機(jī)制及數(shù)字化建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和優(yōu)勢，為未來社區(qū)試點(diǎn)的實(shí)踐的提供了新模式和新樣板，滿足居民群眾對(duì)多樣性美好生活的向往，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)跟隨城市脈動(dòng)持續(xù)融合生長的超級(jí)街區(qū)！

我們在項(xiàng)目從設(shè)計(jì)至落地的過程中，參與度極高，除景觀設(shè)計(jì)外，還完成了IP專項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)、景觀軟裝設(shè)計(jì)、活動(dòng)器材設(shè)計(jì)、燈光及精神堡壘等全專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)，真正做到所見即所得。

We have a high degree of participation in the process from design to landing of the project. In addition to landscape design, it has also completed full professional design such as IP special design, landscape soft decoration design, activity equipment design, lighting and spiritual fortress. Service, truly what you see is what you get.

部分過程稿

最終呈現(xiàn)在大家眼前的親子活動(dòng)空間中的火山造型爬網(wǎng)，經(jīng)歷過十多稿方案的修改調(diào)整，最終通過與專業(yè)器材廠家的反復(fù)推敲、結(jié)構(gòu)論證后才得以最終呈獻(xiàn)，目的就是為了，在豐富設(shè)計(jì)元素及美觀的同時(shí)，更要保障兒童器材的質(zhì)量與安全。
