增加公益性用地以及減小道路轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑來提升街區(qū)的生活環(huán)境品質(zhì)。 1.對原有控規(guī)進行適當調(diào)整，在保證原有綠地面積不減少的原則下建構(gòu)城市綠地網(wǎng)絡。規(guī)劃范圍內(nèi)的城市綠地面積由 12.13公頃提升到了13.80公頃； 2.完善規(guī)劃范圍內(nèi)的公共服務設施，公共服務設施用地面積由8.20公頃增加到了15.87公頃； 3.控規(guī)中在保持道路中心位置不變的情況下，適當減小了原有控規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑，這樣既提高了道路步行友好性也從道路 面積中釋放了大量用地面積

創(chuàng)智綜合體位于歷史漫步走廊西端，毗鄰小洸河濱水景觀帶, 內(nèi)部布置多種業(yè)態(tài)功能，包括創(chuàng)智辦公、創(chuàng)智公寓、零售商 業(yè)街、社區(qū)運動公園、技術(shù)學校等。

歷史漫步走廊是街區(qū)中重要的東西向軸線，聯(lián)通東端的大運河總督署博 物館以及西端的夏橋文化公園。歷史漫步走廊功能區(qū)分明確，漫步走廊 由二層的文化創(chuàng)新走廊與地面的景觀漫步走廊共同組成，使得辦公人群 與休憩人群在空間上互不干擾。

The historical walking corridor is an important east-west axis in the block, the Dayunhezongdushumuseum and Xiaqiao Cultural Park at the east.  The functions of the historical walking corridor are clearly defined. The walking corridor consists of a two-level cultural innovation corridor and a ground-walking corridor on the ground, so that the office crowd and the restless people do not interfere with each other in space.

大運河文化創(chuàng)意集群是街區(qū)中的地標型建筑，建筑形如鳳巢， 寓意引鳳入巢，希望可以不斷的吸引文化創(chuàng)意型人才入住辦 公。其主要功能主要為創(chuàng)意辦公、兼具交往社交、時尚運動 等功能。

The Grand Canal Cultural and Creative Cluster is a landmark building in the block. The building is shaped like a phoenix nest, which means attracting talents , hoping to attract cultural and creative talents to stay in. Its main functions are mainly creative office, social interaction, fashion and other functions.

The Jining Dongfang Station and the Grand Canal Creative Town are located in the middle of the walkway. It is the most multi-functional landmark architectural complex in the block. It is mainly composed of cultural creativity incubation ,business and office functions. It also has display, high-end talent apartments, brand hotels and specialty food stores , creativeretail and other functions.
